Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge that circumstances may change, necessitating the cancellation or modification of appointments. We kindly request that if you need to alter or cancel your appointment, you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative appointment will be arranged.

Please be advised that no refund or rescheduling will be permitted if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
